1. Germany
1. Has currently a decreasing population making it a Class 4 country. 
2. In January, it adopted a bill to give tax breaks to families. It has also floated the idea of eliminating fees for kindergarten.  
3. The government offers 14 weeks maternity leave plus parental leave of up to 36 months, with the level of pay depending on a number of factors.
4. It's population policies are integreted into most of their governmental policies.
5. Their population plans usually focus in giving more rights to women, they even enacted a Second Plan on Rights on Men and Women. 
6. Health services and the educational services are also assesed while they are fighting the discrimination against people with HIV/AIDS.
7. Health reform also focus on promoting the scientific development of environmental medicine. Have universal health care.
8. Education seeks to work on this priorities:

3. The policy's goal is to make Australia’s population (size, growth rate, composition and location) compatible with the sustainability of its economy, environment and communities.
4. It will work hand to hand with national agendas such as climate change and water scarcity, service delivery reform, health reform, etc.
5. It will focus on the aging population problem and in the migration of skilled labour.
6. It assess the problems on national, regional, local, and community levels.
